Include original sales receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging.   The product must be in new condition and returned to BumperNets within 30 days of purchase. When the product is returned to BumperNets, a refund will be issued to the original credit card. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for any new item(s) sent. For all returned game tables the customer must pay a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. We cannot accept the returns of certain items and services including:   Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase. Any item that is not in it's original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any item without the original sales receipt. An in store credit may be issued in some cases.
